Assassin's Creed and The Hunger Games prequel screenwriter will pen the script for the long-awaited final Fast and Furious movie

The final installment of the Fast and Furious franchise, Fast Forever, has been announced by screenwriter Michael Lesslie. The script was revealed by Vin Diesel on social media. Lesslie has previously written movies like Assassin's Creed and The Hunger Games prequel, and is set to pen the script for Fast Forever. The film is set for release on March 17, 2028. The announcement is further confirmation that the final installment in the franchise will be made.
