Grammy winner Duffy is set to speak about her alleged kidnapping and sexual assault that she claims disrupted her career for years. The documentary, directed by Gil Callan and entering production, will be about Duffy's early life in Wales, her rise to fame, and her withdrawal from public life following the incident. After last releasing music in 2015, Duffy reemerged in a since-deleted Instagram post stating she was "ok and safe now" but only after having been "raped and drugged and held captive".
