The New York Knicks have won seven consecutive games, largely thanks to Jalen Brunson's selflessness as head coach Mike Brown decided to shift the team's offensive strategy to put the ball in Karl-Anthony Towns' hands more. This strategy led to Brunson playing off the ball at times and using his own shots differently. Despite some stars feeling they were being blamed for team struggles, Brunson stood up and supported the change. The change has since worked, contributing significantly to the Knicks' successful seven-game winning streak. Towns has been instrumental in this strategy, contributing 66 assists this postseason, 44 more than a year ago. The Knicks have produced a 130.5 offensive rating per 100 possessions over these seven games.
