Japan's ispace delays NASA-sponsored moon landing to 2030

Japanese space company, ispace, has delayed its planned moon landing by 2030 due to changes to its Artemis program. The changes could cost the company several million dollars and lead to further equity financing and a reduction of staff. Since its 2023 stock listing, the company has had two failed attempts to land on the Moon. Its third mission is scheduled for 2028 as part of the Japanese government's commercial space program.
