The biggest pharma trade of the decade is being negatively impacted by Amazon's new direct-to-patient GLP-1 pricing, which has resulted in a decrease in sales of Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly. While Amazon is up by 10% this year, the two companies have seen significant declines in their shares.
