Kayla Little, a 30-year-old employee at Walt Disney World, has revealed that the most meaningful moments at the park are the unexpected and unexpected moments, such as helping a family upgrade their hotel room on a once-in-a-lifetime trip. Little, originally from Katy, Texas, moved to Orlando in August 2024 to pursue her dream of working at Disney World. After completing the Disney College Program, she was selected as one of only 10 participants to extend into Guest Relations and now works full-time in hospitality.
