Carmy's, a renowned New York-style pizza restaurant, is set to open a slice shop in central London this summer. The new shop will be located at 1 Monmouth Street in Covent Garden and will focus on order-and-go service and offer three types of individual slices. The founding team includes Phil Chaykin, Gerry del Guercio and Paul Delany, who are also known as social media restaurant reviewers. All of the ingredients will be sourced from the UK or Italy. The opening date hasn't been announced yet.
