A mother and father, Cynthia Robinson, and Frank Walton Sr., are facing charges in relation to the death of their 1-year-old son. The child was taken to hospital and died of blunt force trauma to the head and torso. Robinson had a history of domestic abuse and drug abuse. The father is also being charged with conspiracy to murder and involuntary manslaughter.
