Neil's Donuts has ended its plans to open a new donut shop at the former Rite Aid building in Wethersfield, Connecticut. The company had filed a pre-application for a drive-thru, which was dependent on the approval of this. If this is not approved, either the company or the shop could terminate the transaction without further obligation. However, owner Neil Bukowski cited expensive traffic studies as the reason for the decision.
