Satellite Imagery Shows 9,000-Acre Wildfire Burning in Georgia

The Pineland Road Fire, which started on April 18, has scorched thousands of acres and prompted evacuation orders for the area. The Georgia Forestry Commission reported that the fire is now at 10 percent containment. The fire has been burning at least 8,988 acres and has led to numerous evacuations.
