A 31-year-old transgender illegal alien, Nicol Alexandra Contreras-Suarez, has been sentenced to six months in prison for sexually assaulting a 14-year old boy in Manhattan last year. Despite this, he will not be detained by federal immigration authorities until April 27. The Department of Homeland Security has stated that Contreas-suarez, a Colombian migrant posing as a woman, originally faced charges of first-degree rape of a child less than 17 and stalking but was released into the country under former President Joe Biden's administration. Critics argue that this decision was made in close consultation with the victim's family and that open-border Democrats, including Biden administration officials and the architects of sanctuary cities and states, made this possible.
