BC Teacher Suspended for Emailing Student, Using Sick Days for Japan Trip

A B.C. middle school teacher, Alex Chen, has been suspended for two weeks following allegations of inappropriate emails with a student and using his sick leave to travel to Japan. The suspension was part of a consent resolution agreement with the National Association of Allardyce.
