The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office rescued a toddler who was trapped inside a car on March 2. The incident occurred at the River City Marketplace in Jacksonville, Florida. The officers used special tools to open the door and reunite the child with his mother. The sheriff's office has released a video of the rescue.
