An Arizona House committee has rejected legislation that would have made it illegal to feed pigeons, but other proposals advanced. The House also passed legislation allowing cities to limit the number of overnight guests at short-term rentals. Proposed Republican ballot measures also included a ban on voters dropping off early ballots on Election Day. The bill includes new restrictions on food assistance and a requirement that hospitals inquire about immigration.
