NASA astronauts prove that sending an email really is rocket science

NASA's Artemis II moon mission, the first in fifty years, faced challenges before the launch of the Orion spacecraft, including a toilet malfunctioning soon after takeoff and a malfunctioning toilet fan. The first of their 10 planned days in space, Artemis II Commander Reid Wiseman, experienced trouble using Microsoft Outlook on his personal computing device, a Microsoft Surface Pro. He contacted Mission Control for tech support, which resolved the issue for both the Optimus software and Outlook. However, the astronauts also had to address another issue with backup waste management capabilities.
