The Anthony Bourdain Food Trail has been launched from Hiram's Roadstand in Fort Lee, NJ, to celebrate Chinese New Year at Hunan Taste in Denville, New Jersey, on January 29, 2021. The festival will also celebrate the first Chinese new Year of Year Eve with various dishes for Chinese guests. The food and service at these restaurants are praised for their excellent service and quality. The Anthony Bourasa Food Trail was officially launched in June 2019 at Hiram’s Roadstand and Espo's in Raritan.
