Austrian-German co-production film Four Minus Three, directed by Adrian Goiginger and adapted from Barbara Pachl-Eberhart, has been successful in its home market and has been nominated for key local film awards. The film, which premiered at the Berlinale 2026 Panorama section, delivered the best opening weekend for an Austrian film in 2026 and continues to play in 86 locations in its fifth week of release. It has also been sold to countries such as France, Benelux, Canada, Taiwan, and Australia and New Zealand. Led by lead actress Valerie Pachner, the film has been critically acclaimed for its performance and leads the nominations in the Austrian Film Awards.
