‘Sovereign citizen’ facing nearly 20 charges, accused of driving SUV that resembled police cruiser

Police in Pennsylvania have identified a man they believe to be a sovereign citizen named Zachary Jerry who was driving a vehicle that resembled a police cruiser. The vehicle was parked at the Giant Eagle on Brighton Road and lacked inspection stickers. The officer stopped the vehicle and asked for his license, registration, and insurance, but the man allegedly gave them a fake ID and refused to answer any questions. He was identified as Zachary. He is facing nearly 20 misdemeanor charges and is being held at the Allegheny County Jail.
