Police are searching for the person responsible for shooting and killing a dog in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. The dog was found dead over a hillside on March 13 and had no identification, no microchip, and only a choke chain-style collar around its neck. Police believe the dog was shot in the back of the neck.
