Local police looking for information on woman’s identity

Police are seeking help identifying a woman who showed up at a hospital but does not know her identity. The 45-year-old Caucasian woman, who has brown hair and blue-green eyes, is approximately 5-feet, 6 inches tall and 286 pounds. She has no tattoos or unique physical markings. The woman believed she was from Lake Highland, Ohio.
