Atyphetically predicted temperatures are expected to warm up to average for the Easter weekend, with temperatures returning above average just in time for Easter. A ridge of high pressure will move in to keep conditions dry and provide lots of sunshine throughout the weekend, allowing for a warm, dry period. However, avalanche danger remains a concern as the Salt Lake and Uintas area is under an "Considerable" risk for avalanche danger. Early next week, temperatures will remain above average and there are chances for rain showers and thunderstorms, with the potential for more mountain snow. An active weather pattern is expected throughout the week, with another round of storm systems moving through the region bringing rain and potential for high temperatures.
