Stewart Cink cruises to Hoag Classic title

Stewart Cink won the Hoag Classic by four strokes, finishing at 19-under 194 for the three-day event. This marks Cink's sixth consecutive PGA Tour Champions win. Zach Johnson and Ernie Els tied for second place. Cink, the circuit's reigning player of the year, has won six tournaments on the Champions since joining last year. The winner collected $330,000 for his efforts at the Newport Beach Country Club. Despite a strong field featuring seven World Golf Hall of Fame members, Bernhard Langer, who shot better than his age all three rounds, was no match for Cink.
