Police are investigating an alleged unprovoked shooting in University City, Philadelphia, which occurred around 10:15 p.m. Saturday. The victim, a 24-year-old man, was found with a gunshot wound to his lower back and transported to the hospital in stable condition. University of Pennsylvania Police stopped the alleged shooter and arrested him. The firearm was recovered at the scene.
