Caitlin Driscoll from the Better Business Bureau of Western PA has warned consumers to keep an eye out for these scams. The BBB suggests cross-reference the listing on multiple sites and always verify the address. Additionally, scammers may create and promote imposter websites that mimic legitimate platforms to steal money and personal information. If you encounter a website or person selling tickets, or offering free giveaways, use your credit card.
