The two men accused of carrying out an ISIS-inspired attack outside Gracie Mansion in New York City have been indicted in an eight-count indictment. The charges include conspiracy to provide material support and resources to a foreign terrorist organization, conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction, carrying explosives during the commission of a federal felony, and unlawful possession of destructive devices. The men were arrested on the site of the alleged attack.
