Nurse practitioner at urgent care in Mountain Home arrested for sexual assault of patients

Joseph Riley Steves, a nurse practitioner at an urgent care facility in Mountain Home, has been arrested for sexual assault involving patients. All incidents occurred at Access Medical Clinic and involved female patients. Steves is facing eight charges, four felonies, including third-degree sexual assault. One victim reported that he had a shot given to her after she pulled her pants down to expose her glute, but then he reneged on her and administered the injection. Another victim reported a sinus infection, but Steves then removed her pants and placed his hands inside her waist band and pushed.
