A public health alert has been issued for frozen, dinosaur-shaped, ready-to-eat chicken nuggets that may be contaminated with unsafe levels of lead. The products were shipped to Walmart locations and were no longer available for purchase. The Food Safety and Inspection Service is concerned that some products may remain in consumers' freezers. The alert was issued without a recall as the products are no longer being sold. The lead in the nuggets could be as much as five times higher for children.
