President Donald Trump voted by mail ballot in a special election in Palm Beach County, Florida, despite his efforts to restrict mail-in voting. This comes as Trump is pushing for the Save America Act, a bill that includes restrictions on mail voting. Despite studies showing that about 1 in 3 Americans vote by mail in 2024, Trump has long criticized mail-ing, calling it "mail-in cheating". The White House has dismissed this as a non-story as it is common knowledge that Trump votes in Florida but lives in Washington, D.C.
