Brian Cox, the star of "Succession" and "X2," has gone on a rant against A-list actors, including Johnny Depp and Ian McKellen, in an interview with The Times UK. Cox called Depp "overblown" and called McKellen's acting "not to my taste," while Edward Norton, Kevin Spacey, Quentin Tarantino, Michael Caton-Jones, and David Hare were also mentioned. Cox also criticized the casting of Margot Robbie in the new adaptation of "Wuthering Heights," which is one of Cox's favorite movies. He also mentioned his admiration for actor Daniel Day-Lewis' method acting and criticism of his former co-star Jeremy Strong's portrayal of him in 2023.
