The actress underwent a facelifting in June 2025 and returned to the public scene shortly afterwards. Her first red carpet appearance was on Sept. 4, 2025, at the premiere of Netflix’s documentary aka Charlie Sheen. Richards credits Beverly Hills surgeon Dr. Ben Talei for her successful procedure, which included a temporal brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, a lip lift for the outer corners of her mouth, and fat grafting. She has previously spoken about her history with cosmetic procedures, including having her first surgery at age 19 for breast implants and revisiting cosmetic enhancements decades later.
