A man, 36-year-old Francisco Rodriguez-Posligua, has been arrested for sexually assaulting two young people in Norwalk, Connecticut. The alleged assaults were reported on Nov. 15, 2025. Following extensive investigation, police found probable cause and granted an arrest warrant for Rodriguez-Negotiations. He is charged with two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and two of illegal sexual contact with a victim under the age of 16. His bond was set at $100,000.
