The Lincoln Police Department responded to a theft report at The Home Depot on March 19, where a person attempted to flee with around $1,000 worth of merchandise. The department used its Flock Safety cameras to identify the suspect's vehicle's license plate, leading to the arrest of two suspects, James Fischer and Michael Juvenal. Both were charged with Organized Retail Theft, Petty Theft with Priors, and an active warrant for petty theft.
