The Philadelphia International Airport has temporarily closed three security checkpoints due to staffing issues, with only half of the six main points remaining open and operating. The airport's longest wait time was 44 minutes at the D/E checkpoint, which opened at 3 a.m. Meanwhile, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport had lines as long as 90 minutes. So far, 366 TSA officers have resigned during the shutdown.
