Man makes first court appearance in deadly shooting outside Oildale bar

A 27-year-old man is charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Jason Scot Hall, 43. Witnesses say that during an argument at Long Branch Saloon, the two men argued and then the shots were fired. The suspect, who had fled the scene, is being held without bail.
