Arrested for assault on law enforcement, felony speeding to elude, child endangerment, possession of a narcotic, and other counts have been brought to light. The incident occurred after police received an alert about Rodney Johnson's car being spotted in Hybla Valley. Police pursued Johnson's vehicle with the assistance of the Virginia State Police and eventually stopped it on I-495 in Alexandria. Johnson was taken into custody with non-life-threatening injuries. Two children were also exposed to bear spray.
