Terry David Manney, a 48-year-old man from Oakland County, has been charged with multiple counts of breaking and entering and safe breaking. Manney allegedly broke into multiple gas stations in Pontiac and Independence Township on Easter Sunday, stealing large amounts of cash and 30 cartons of cigarettes. If convicted, Manney could face up to life in prison. He has five prior convictions in Michigan and 16 felony convictions in Florida for drug-related crimes.
