Woodlands Area Chef Takes On Bobby Flay In Iron Chef — Thomas Bille, a Trusty Knife and a Kitchen Dream

Belly of the Beast chef Thomas Bille has competed against Bobby Flay on Season 41 of Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flayed. The episode, "Mole Mania," features Bille of the Michelin-recognized Spring restaurant and Austin chef Keegan Andrews of ATX Cocina. The winner of this challenge will compete against Flay in Season 46 of "Beat Bobby Flaying." The judges are Alex Stupak, Lourdes Castro and Grace Ramirez. Bille, who has been using his trusty Yoshihiro knife for over a decade, expressed his excitement about challenging Flay.
