J.J. Abrams' production company, Bad Robot, is reducing its footprint in Los Angeles and is set to relocate to New York. The company will remain under its first-look film and TV deal at Warner Bros. Television for up to 20 years. The downsizing reflects a change in Bad Robot's deal with Warner Bros., which went from overall to first-lool. The change comes amid a television industry contraction post-Peak TV, which has reduced the overall volume of scripted series. Bad Robot has produced several high-profile shows, including Presumed Innocent and Batman: Caped Crusader.
