Michigan State football coach Pat Fitzgerald has been praised by fans halfway through spring practice. The team held their seventh practice on the outdoor fields of the Tom Izzo football building on Tuesday (March 31st), which was open to the media. Fitzgerald emphasized the importance of building relationships with the team and setting standards and values for the player and coach. He also emphasized the need to be humble enough to admit mistakes and learn. The program still has eight more practices before their home opener against Toledo on Sept. 5.
