The New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), Hudson County Community College and the New Jersey Administrative District Council of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers have signed a Letter of Intent to develop a new academic and workforce development partnership. The goal is to connect apprenticeship training with a four-year degree pathway, aligning field experience with advanced engineering technology study. The collaboration aims to create a clear academic roadmap for craftworkers seeking to build on their training through higher education.
