Oswego panel to examine plan for development featuring 210 houses, commercial area

The Oswego Planning and Zoning Commission is set to review a concept plan for a proposed residential and commercial development on a site previously approved by the village. D.R. Horton, Inc. is proposing to build Parksmith Run, consisting of 210 single-family homes and 76 townhome units on a 107-acre property north of Route 34 and west of the Orchard Woods development. The revised concept plan increases the number of residential lots by 56 units and includes a decrease in the park site from 7 acres to 4.9 acres.
