Diane Keaton’s Former Beverly Hills Mansion Gets a Massive $2.5 Million Price Cut

Diane Keaton's former Beverly Hills mansion has undergone another major price decrease, with its asking price dropping from $25 million to $20.5 million. The property, which was once featured on Architectural Digest, was purchased by Keaton for $8.1 million in 2007 from Madonna. The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home was originally designed by Ralph Flewelling and has since had several other owners, including "American Horror Story" creator Ryan Murphy. Keaton had a yearslong renovation of the home, returning many of its original Spanish Colonial design details to their former glory and transforming many of the main living areas into new life.
