The New York Knicks lost 111-94 to the Houston Rockets, marking their 25-day run without a win against a winning team. The Knicks' performance was particularly poor, with Jalen Brunson scoring only 12 points and Karl-Anthony Towns shooting 7-for-17 for 22 points. Meanwhile, the Rockets' Kevin Durant scored 27 points and shot 54 percent overall and 43 percent from 3-point range. Despite this, the Knicks have dropped three straight overall and five consecutive games against winning teams. The loss leaves them just a half a half-game above the Cavaliers in the East. Coach Mike Brown may consider using Jose Alvarado, Jordan Clarkson or Tyler Kolek as backup guard.
