Moorhead man arrested after allegedly fleeing traffic stop, barricading inside home

A 40-year-old man, identified as James Moher, has been arrested for allegedly fleeing a traffic stop and barricading himself inside a home. Police were able to enter the home without incident and arrest Moher for driving after revocation, obstructing justice, and other charges.
