A suspect is in custody in connection with the shooting deaths of two people in East Garfield Park, Chicago. The incident occurred during an argument that escalated when a man with a valid FOID card attacked a 31-year-old man. The man was transported to a hospital and later died. The other victim, a 38-year old woman, was also shot during the altercation. Charges are pending.
