Albuquerque High High School's 2026 Hall of Honor inductees will be announced later this month. Gregg Papp was the head girls basketball coach from 1978-1993, leading the Bulldogs to three district titles and leading them to the Class 4A state championship game in 1993. Brandon Sharts played for a pair of state championship basketball teams at Bulldog City. Monica Garcia was the APS Female Athlete of the Year for the 1999-2000 school year and later became the school’s head volleyball coach. George Ramirez was a key player for Albuquerque High baseball during its best prep season in 1983. Lucien Starzynski led the Bulldogs’ boys soccer program to three state championships and nine district titles.
