Maine Gov. Janet Mills is launching her first negative TV ad against her opponent, Graham Platner, over controversial social media posts. The ad features women reading past Reddit posts where Platner downplayed sexual assault. The women call the comments "disgusting," "horrible" and "disqualifying". Platner has since apologized for the offensive posts and stated that he struggled with post-traumatic stress disorder following his service in Iraq and Afghanistan.
