The Indy Health District and its partners are working to develop two new affordable housing developments in central Indianapolis. The M22 complex, the name for 116 affordable rental apartments, is being developed at the corner of 22nd and Meridian streets. The other project involves 26 townhomes and duplexes. Neighbors are excited about the developments, believing they will significantly increase the area's life expectancy. The goal of these developments is to improve the quality of life for about 1,500 acres across five neighborhoods.
