The parents of a 13-year-old boy accused of killing Prada manager, Chiara Jaconis, are facing manslaughter charges in Italy. Prosecutors claim they should have supervised the boy, which they claim could have prevented her death in 2024. The boy was cleared by an Italian juvenile court and in Italy, children under 14 cannot be held criminally liable. His parents deny any wrongdoing, arguing that the statuette was not their property. A hearing will be held on June 26 to determine whether the parents should face trial.
