Driver dies in Oakland traffic collision

A 30-year-old man died after his car collided with another vehicle in East Oakland, California. The collision occurred at the intersection of 68th and Bancroft avenues. The driver of the other vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. It is unclear if drugs or alcohol were factors in the collision.
